Coordinate retrofit projects ensuring PAS 2035 compliance and client service.

Tasks
-Provide expert advice on improvement measures and additional survey requirements. -Conduct desktop analysis and site visits, producing detailed reports. -Ensure compliance with PAS 2035 and understanding of PAS 2030 standards. -Review and quality-check Retrofit Assessments and Designs. -Identify thermal bridges and simulate improvements using SAP modelling. -Attend project meetings, prepare minutes, and support CPD activities. -Contribute to research, marketing, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. -Collaborate with internal and external design teams. -Client care, ensuring high standards of service delivery. -Oversee and manage retrofit projects from assessment to delivery.

What You Bring
-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deliverables -Strong understanding of retrofit standards and risk assessment -BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying -Excellent communication and client care skills -Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency and Retrofit of Traditional Buildings -Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Assessment -MRICS - Chartered Building Surveyor
