Carrying out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions -Providing support and assistance to any other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager -Carrying out routine and ad-hoc janitorial duties in support of all on site personnel to ensure compliance with contract conditions -Carrying out planned janitorial maintenance duties in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures and undertake any property maintenance work within the post holder’s range of competence -Supervising, developing and monitoring of all cleaning staff to ensure cleaning standards are maintained in accordance with contract conditions and agreed quality management procedures -Maintaining the safe and efficient operation of all the school’s energy systems in accordance with agreed contract conditions
