The Role
Overview
Assist on construction projects, supporting engineering, safety, documentation, and coordination.

Tasks
-Participates in stretch and flex and daily huddle -Tracks work in place and productivity -Reviews, understands, and follows Baseline requirements -Reviews, processes and distributes accurate submittals and RFIs -Assists in coordination of trade contractors to meet project schedule -Participates in ERGs and Peer Group meetings and events -Establishes credibility among trade contractors by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment -Supports all safety efforts in the field, including: leading safety orientations, conducting and documenting safety inspections, and implementing changes as needed -Participates in change review meetings and Project Financial Forecast Meetings -Stays informed of all field activities -Contributes to daily reports and documentation -Updates and maintains contract documents, including document logs -Participates in and writes notes, instructions, or minutes from meetings that clearly communicate discussion agreements, decisions, and actions -Increases understanding of contract documents and scopes of work -Participates in quality control activities and ensures trades are adhering to quality practices

You’re someone who identifies opportunities for new and improved ways of doing things that result in value-add solutions. -First Aid, CPR Trained -Strong technical and communication skills are critical -Knowledge of Procore -Good capabilities in Microsoft Office programs -Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction project -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management prior to January 2026 -Understands Site Services/NEXT 150 as a project resource -OSHA 30 hour certification required -Or equivalent combination of education and experience -0-1 years of experience or internships with a construction organization
