Tasks

-Network to build relationships with new clients and return clients. -Address project following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solution; -Offer onsite assistance in constructions observation; -Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; -Work with client/owner contractor relationships, budget, code and jurisdictional requirements; -Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery;

What You Bring

-Effective in coordinating with contractors, architectural teams and consultants -Expert in constructions administrative processes -10+ years of experience in Science and Techology projects including data center, mission critical and semiconductor -The ability to work on all project sizes including large projects valued at $30MM plus -Available for occasional travel within the US -Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously -Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants -Must have a degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited university. -Strong architecture and detailing skills -A proven track record with public speaking and networking -Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity of AutoCAD and Revit -Licensed Architect -Currently has or eligible for federal security clearance -Excellent writing skills
