The Role

Performs building maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response.

Tasks

-Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems -Respond effectively to all emergencies. -Install and repair; door closers and thresholds, door and frames, drywall, carpentry, wall covering, carpet repair, light electrical, ceiling tile, light plumbing, painting, floor tile. -Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes or Laws. -Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. -Prepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken. -Attend periodic training seminars, as a group or solo with an on-line computer, on or off site. -Safe guard all company and clients assets and electronic devices in your possession. -Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, safety of work areas and company vehicle. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them.

What You Bring

-Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise -Must be willing and able to support any afterhours building related activity as required. -At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments -Must be 18 years of age or older -Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications -No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
