Provide technical support via email, chat, and phone, and help improve support processes.

Tasks

-Work with your leadership team to improve systems and processes that will help the team scale. -Email, Chat and Voice Support - Answer inbound inquiries coming through Motive’s support hotline, live chat feature or support email address during Central Standard Time business hours -Customer Service Analysis - collect customer support requests and bugs and relay findings to the product and engineering teams to address these issues

What You Bring

-Native or bilingual spoken and written English skills -Must be able to work onsite in our Buffalo, NY office -Excellent verbal and written communications skills -1+ years of technical customer service experience is strongly preferred -Comfortable with rotational shifts -Natural instinct to empathize with users -Strong analytical skills
