Create and manage HVAC 3D models, isometrics, and MTOs using Aveva E3D.

Tasks

-Check isometrics in accordance with P&ID, variations, and project requirements. -Bulk Isometric export and review. -Maintain markup documents and track modification requests. -Organize work to achieve scheduled targets. -Reply and implement Design Review comments. -Middle: In addition to Junior responsibilities, provide expertise in reading & understanding P&ID, specifications, and checking the 3D model with P&ID for updates. -Prepare and attend 3D model reviews upon request. -Manage MTOs extraction from 3D model. -Senior: In addition to Junior & Middle responsibilities, monitor all designers in India, guide daily activities, coordinate with other disciplines, and report to Lead. -Follow b.NEXT quality procedures to finalize deliverables. -Track changes and variation implementations. -Coordinate with HVAC engineers and designers. -Coordinate with designers, stress, and lead. -Export RVM from E3D. -Track and monitor all team and project activities. -Coordinate with stress for necessary input and updates. -Run Aveva E3D (PDMS) HVAC Design, Isodraft, and Draft modules. -Junior: Delivery of manufacturing isometrics along with associated MTOs. Operate Aveva E3D (PDMS) HVAC Design, Isodraft, and Draft modules. -Coordinate with different disciplines for requirements. -Liaise with other CAD designers as needed. -Prepare detailed replies for client comments. -Print A3 format HVAC isometric drawings and associated MTOs. -Use Isodraft and Draft to complete HVAC lines drawings for fabrication.

What You Bring

-Ability to check 3D model with P&ID and update as necessary. -Good documentation skills. -Skilled in HVAC design, supply, prefabrication, erection, and tests. -Ability to extract different reports from E3D Design. -Expertise in all design tools and aid juniors. -Clash analysis using Navisworks, solution definition, and proficiency in checking/updating 3D from As-built. -Good written and verbal communication in English. -All Levels: Engineering Degree or Diploma. -Expertise in E3D Design & Isodraft for HVAC. -Good working knowledge in E3D Draft. -Experienced in HVAC execution studies with Aveva E3D (PDMS). -Proficiency in analyzing/comparing different reports in Excel. -3D capabilities in HVAC design using AVEVA E3D. -Basic skill in report analysis in Excel. -Senior: 12+ Years in E3D & HVAC, experience in similar role, first evidenced working period with Aveva E3D (PDMS). -Understand network requirements and ensure implementation in design. -Middle: 5-12 Years in E3D & HVAC, first evidenced working period with Aveva E3D (PDMS). -Knowledge of Naviswork is required.
