What You Bring

A seasoned business developer with strong experience in bidding, pitching, and negotiating contracts for major projects. A licensed Mechanical Professional Engineer (PE) in Singapore - Please be advised that PE is mandatory for this position. A broad technical expert in building services (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, ESD) with a passion for innovation and sustainable design. 20+ years' experience in a leadership role, with a demonstrated history of successfully managing MEP teams on large-scale, complex projects such as international airports, data centers, or similar. A strategic thinker who can build and maintain outstanding client relationships and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
