Tasks
-Communicate directly with customers and executive stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. -Oversee and audit field activities to ensure alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. -Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to field teams on quality protocols and best practices. -Advise project teams with deep quality insights and ensure strict compliance with contractual and regulatory standards. -Lead advanced root cause analysis and champion the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. -Serve as the senior field authority for quality-related issues at U.S. project sites, providing expert guidance and leadership. -Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. -Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and technical forums as a subject matter expert. -Contribute to the development, refinement, and delivery of field quality procedures, training materials, and best-in-class practices. -Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, proactively identifying, assessing, and resolving complex quality concerns. -Escalate critical issues promptly and coordinate resolution strategies with senior internal leadership. -Document and report field issues, resolutions, and trends to the Quality Director and executive leadership, providing strategic recommendations.

What You Bring
-Experience mentoring and developing junior staff is highly desirable. Strong project management background with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. -Proven expertise in performing complex root cause analysis and implementing effective, sustainable solutions. -Ability to work independently and lead teams in fast-paced, field-based environments. -In-depth understanding of EPC workflows, standards, and advanced quality requirements. -Willingness to travel frequently across the United States (up to 75%). -Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). -Proficiency in quality management systems, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making. -Demonstrated leadership in project management with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines. -Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; confident in executive and customer-facing interactions. -8+ years of progressive experience in field service, quality assurance, or operations within the EPC contractor or related industries.
