The Role

Overview

Assist the Co-Founder with admin, ops, and strategic tasks in a fast-paced startup.

Tasks

-Manage company documentation, contracts, and internal communications with precision and discretion. -Act as a sounding board and thought partner, contributing ideas and helping drive internal initiatives. -Be a key driver of the business, working closely with the Co-Founder and senior leadership. -Assist with customer engagements, ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups. -Oversee payroll processes and help build the company benefits scheme from the ground up. -Support cross-functional teams as needed, helping to coordinate projects and maintain operational efficiency. -Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational excellence. -Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics for customer visits, business trips, and conferences. -Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Founder, including diary management, meeting preparation, and prioritization of tasks.

We are seeking a high-energy, highly organized Executive Assistant to work closely with the Co-Founder. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the business and will touch almost every aspect of the company—from executive support to operations, customer interactions, and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring relentless attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach. -Exposure to a high-growth start-up environment and cutting-edge robotics technology. -Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment. -Experience with payroll, HR, and benefits administration is a strong plus. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with executives, customers, and teams. -Highly proactive, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Comfortable contributing ideas, providing operational support, and taking ownership of key initiatives.
