Tasks

-Liaising with the operations team to confirm resources and plan delivery. -Managing variations and ensuring work is accurately costed and invoiced. -Preparing quotes and pricing work using standard rates and technical insight. -Assessing incoming enquiries and understanding project requirements. -Visiting sites to get a real feel for the job and understand client needs.

What You Bring

You’ll interact with a wide range of clients—from homeowners to tier-1 contractors—so you’ll need to be confident in your communication and enjoy building relationships. -Inquisitive and likes understanding how projects, machinery, and processes work. -Some experience in quantity surveying, estimating, or pricing work. -Local and happy to travel occasionally for site visits (a driving licence is essential). -Exposure to a wide variety of projects across both building and civil engineering sectors. -Practical and detail-focused, with a knack for solving problems. -A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. -Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts (beneficial but not essential—training provided).
