Tasks

-Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M -Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry -Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction -Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites -Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices -Independently start and manage projects

What You Bring

-Experience utilizing prefabrication -2-4+ years of prior supervisory experience -Minimum 8+ years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams -Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications -Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship -Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
