  • Developing and maintaining positive client and subcontractor relationships through established strong communication in regard to responsibilities, changes, and issues as well as following up on requests in a timely manner
  • Maintaining current financial reports to quickly identify potential and existing issues
  • Identifying, tracking, and procuring all necessary materials ensuring they arrive as needed and in line with the project schedule
  • Working with Project Managers to resolve any lead-time problems or setbacks and keeping all appropriate parties in the loop regarding project implications
  • Preparing, editing, proofing, and issuing of detailed documents such as construction correspondence, contracts, submittal logs, RFI logs, and meeting minutes. Responsible for processing project documentation such as expenses, contracts, lien waivers, and certificates of insurance
  • Helping to create a schedule during project setup and sub-bidding that reflects that project strategy and is sufficient to estimate from and to purchase subcontractors
  • Interfacing with project superintendents, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

  • Ability to travel within Boston and surrounding towns;
  • OSHA safety training will be required
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
  • High energy level and enthusiasm;
  • Strong level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent computer skills in all Microsoft Office based programs;
  • Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Work experience tracking and updating schedules, RFIs, submittals, payment analysis, review of ongoing work at the site, attendance of meetings, and project coordination with the customer;
  • Understanding of complex mechanical systems in commercial office and lab buildings
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written;
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
