Overview

Operate snow removal equipment to clear commercial sites during winter storms.

Tasks

-Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed -Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events -Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members -Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment -Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used -Follow all safety protocols and company procedures -Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently

What You Bring

-Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions -Previous snow removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties -Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety -Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Reliable transportation to and from job sites -Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
