-Provide training and ongoing support to project teams on PMIS functionalities and best practices -Facilitate communication between technical teams and users to resolve PMIS-related issues and enhance system capabilities -Develop and maintain standard operating procedures related to PMIS usage and data management -Analyze project performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders and management -Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project data is accurately captured, reported, and utilized for effective decision-making -Lead the implementation and administration of PMIS tools and systems to support project planning, execution, and monitoring -Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve PMIS practices and tools

What You Bring

-8+ years of experience in managing or administering project management information systems -Ability to train and support users effectively in navigating PMIS systems -Strong proficiency in PMIS tools and software, particularly those focused on project planning, tracking, and reporting -Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred -Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2 is a plus -Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders -Knowledge of data security and compliance issues related to PMIS is desirable -Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field -Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
