Tasks

-Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, highlighting trends and key performance insights. -Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting to guide operational and strategic decisions. -Help implement financial controls, process improvements, and reporting automation as DMR scales. -Support inventory, purchasing, and project cost analysis for manufacturing operations. -Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new investments, vendor agreements, and grant budgets. -Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across departments and product lines. -Reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting and accounting records.

What You Bring

-Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace industries. -Experience supporting grant reporting or government contract compliance. -Detail-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. -3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles. -Knowledge of financial software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar). -Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. -Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. -Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory management, or supply chain finance. -Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and engineering. -Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. -Strong Excel and data modeling skills; familiarity with accounting or ERP systems. -Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
