The Role

Assist product management with reporting, analytics, roadmap, and cross-functional coordination.

Tasks

-Monitor pricing and promotion opportunities, and help action timely changes, as required. -Monitor external environment, contribute to the ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape, drive better understanding of the existing customer base, provide guidance and tactics to directly respond to competitive threats. -Contribute to ongoing performance reports for various teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Executives. -Contribute to the successful management of direct hardware costs and driving efficiency in the portfolio. -Be the liaison with our internal technology and operations teams to drive clarity and understanding of product features, product changes, assessments, impacts -Help to quarterback alignment and understanding with cross-functional teams (Operations, Care Finance, Network). -Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of the product roadmap including assessment of features, functionality, competitors and current / potential vendors. -Help build a strong rapport with Marketing & Sales teams to drive improved communication and product usage including assessment of training material. -Report on core Product KPIs and identify trends, areas for improvement. -Be engaged in vendor analysis including reviews of existing vendors and assessment of new vendors in the market. -Work with Finance to create business cases for new feature launches or other potential roadmap items. -Contribute to presentations and other material for various levels of the organization that include but are not limited to informational, training, alignment, or approval. -Assist with device forecasting, trending, and analysis. -Drive Customer Experience by using analytics to identify and resolve top customer pain points and find creative ways to drive meaningful customer value.

What You Bring

-Ability to work well with ambiguity and enjoy learning new things. -Ability to make recommendations and present findings to stakeholders in different areas of the company. -Familiarity with Consumer Telecom products. -Strong problem-solving and, business analysis skills including the ability to interpret data, drive root cause analysis. -Economics, statistics, pricing assessment, and execution experience. -Demonstrated knowledge of Product Management, general Business, Marketing and Marketing practices. -Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing or Marketing-related field of study. -Strong interpersonal, time and task management skills. -Technical aptitude. -Ability to manage individual tasks and collaborate with a team. -Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and PowerBI . -Customer Centricity -Experience with design thinking, journey design, process improvement, process automation, machine learning.
