What You Bring

-Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience as an HVAC and plumbing estimator, preferably withinthe new home construction industry. -Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and motivated with strong time management, analytical and follow through skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, etc.) and/or other relevant software programs. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. -Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with estimating software and tools (e.g., Buildertrend, ProEst, Quickpen, Manual J, or similar software). -Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, installation processes, and industry standards. -Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare precise, accurate estimates.
