Housekeeping Supervisor

Overview

Supervise campus housekeeping, coordinate cleaning staff, ensure facility cleanliness.

Tasks

-Clean, dust and wipe down furniture -Collect and place garbage in outside storage bin, collect recycling and place in coordinating bins and holding areas -Empty all wastebaskets and trash containers -Operate floor scrubber machine -Identify and report possible repairs or safety hazards -Work with UE Buyers and Cintas on weekly cleaning supplies orders -Clean windows, mirrors, glass partitions -Work alongside teammates, while also coordinating team cleaning schedules and managing team performance -On occasion, support baristas and assist with stocking back of house areas, or assist with operations -Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, trainings, events, etc. -Clean and sanitize restrooms (including replenishing paper products and soap as needed) -Receive and take inventory of specialty cleaning supplies ordered monthly -Move furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks

What You Bring

-Management experience preferred. -3+ years of experience with custodial and/or housekeeping duties is preferred. -You're a star at multi-tasking and managing multiple on-going projects at once. -Ability to stand for extended periods of time -Be able to lift 50lbs. -Product assembly knowledge (i.e. furniture) -A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
