Tasks

-Oversee the entire sub-contractor contract process, from negotiation to execution and close-out. -Develop and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations. -Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. -Conduct regular audits of sub-contractor contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. -Work closely with project managers to ensure that sub-contractors are meeting project deadlines and deliverables. -Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of sub-contractor contracts. -Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve any contract-related issues. -Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are fair and in line with company policies. -Monitor sub-contractor performance and address any issues that arise during the contract period. -Manage all contract documentation, including amendments, change orders, and other related documents.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations. -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within Telecom industry. -Excellent negotiation and communication skills. -Proven track record of successfully managing sub-contractor contracts. -Experience with contract management software is a plus. -Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
