Tasks

This is a full time, on-site leadership position that combines operational expertise, supply chain management, and successful order fulfillment to ensure satisfied end customers and continuing brand devotion. The Director of Operations will oversee the day to day operations of the fulfillment center which include but are not limited to: order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, workforce / personnel management, and operational excellence.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will show multifaceted depth of experience in warehouse management, logistics (dry and refrigerated), supply chain systems, and order fulfillment with a penchant for process improvements through automation. The ideal candidate will also have greater than 3 years of personnel management experience in a relevant environment. Our client assesses potential new hires carefully for cultural fit. Aside from superior communication, leadership, time-management, and organizational skills, our client is looking for a "team player" - this is a must. Individuals with a Bachelors degree and greater than 5 years of experience in high volume fulfillment center operations are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with live or perishable end goods is highly preferred but not required.
