Tasks
-Conduct structural condition assessments and prepare technical evaluations -Oversee the production of structural construction documents for public and private sector projects -Lead high-impact structural engineering projects across Northern California -Participate in business development, including scoping and bidding new work -Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication -Coordinate across internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success -Mentor and support the development of junior engineering staff -Perform structural design of commercial, industrial, and civic buildings

What You Bring
-Proficiency in RISA-3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office -Experience designing buildings to California Building Code standards -California Structural Engineer (SE) license in progress preferred -California Professional Engineer (PE) license required -Strong communication skills and ability to manage clients and internal teams -Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering -4+ years of experience in structural engineering -Familiarity with REVIT, DSA, OSHPD, or bridge design is a plus
