Tasks

-Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all asset renewal and overhaul programs, ensuring each activity meets scheduled timelines. -Optimize maintenance workflows, schedules, and processes to enable seamless operations without service interruptions or compromise in quality. -Review and analyze existing maintenance strategies, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using industry best practices. -Develop and mentor a high-performing maintenance team, fostering leadership, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving. -Coordinate with relevant departments and external contractors to ensure maintenance objectives are aligned with the broader project goals. -Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. -Monitor maintenance performance data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. -Lead, plan, and manage all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure asset reliability and full compliance with safety and operational standards.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. -Willingness to travel as per project/client/company requirements. -Solid understanding of safety standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. -Excellent organizational and communication skills. -At least 10 years of experience in maintenance operations within large infrastructure, transport, or related industries. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. -Proven experience in enhancing maintenance regimes and optimizing asset management workflows. -Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
