Executive Engineer/Senior Executive Engineer (C&S)

Overview

Design, analyze, and oversee bridge structures, including BIM modeling and inspections.

Tasks

-Prepare sketches and work closely with BIM modeller in preparation of Revit drawings/models (including preparation of general arrangement, concrete outline and reinforcement details drawings) -Work together with other senior bridge engineers to carry out analysis and design of bridge elements (segmental box girder, post-tensioned beams, precast crosshead, piers, foundation, etc.) -Prepare design calculations spreadsheet -Write technical reports -Lead bridge inspection

What You Bring

-3-4 years of experience in structural engineering -Have design experience in bridges/rail -Holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with GPA of 3.0 and above -Able to write and review technical report and prepare design spreadsheet in English -Basic drafting skills in CAD or Revit is a bonus -Able to use analysis software (eg. SOFiSTiK, MIDAS, RMBridge, StaadPRO, SAP2000, etc.) -Able to guide junior engineers -Have some knowledge of design codes (EC2 or BS 5400/BS 5950/BS 8110)
