Tasks

-Support residents with housing queries, tenancy sustainment, and community engagement -Carry out inspections, audits, and onboarding of new sites -Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements -Collaborate with teams to manage safety, compliance, and service delivery -Deliver customer-focused tenancy and estate management services -Advocate for residents and escalate issues where needed

What You Bring

-CIH/IRPM qualification or equivalent experience -Willingness to learn property management if you have no prior experience -Strong communication and organisational skills -Experience in housing management (Housing Association or Registered Provider) -Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business purposes
