Overview
Lead deep‑foundation geotechnical design, analysis, and team supervision for water infrastructure projects.

Tasks
-Work in a team environment providing geotechnical engineering services and leadership. -Develop or review full design packages with geotechnical reports, calculations, drawings, specifications and cost estimates. -Lead geotechnical staff in planning and overseeing field explorations, construction projects, laboratory testing, geotechnical design and analysis of shallow and deep foundations, slope stability analyses of landslides, settlement estimates, design of earth retaining systems, and ground improvement assessments for complex sites. -Assist senior staff in managing client relationships, including business and new client development to expand the scope of our existing services. -Provide technical direction to less tenured staff. -Develop proposals and participate in other business development activities. -Lead geotechnical engineer and/or project manager for a wide variety of engineering projects supporting public and private sector clients.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required. -Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience post-graduation, preferably in the Power Delivery sector. -Strong leadership skills and willingness to lead engineering / geology teams. -P.E. in Arizona is required, or ability to obtain in first 6 months of hire. -Master’s Degree with a Geotechnical focus is strongly preferred -Previous role with supervisory duties. -Experience with Microsoft Office applications, gINT, ALLPILE, GEO-SLOPE, GRLWEAP, LPILE, SLIDE, FAD Tools, SHAFT, SETTLE3D software.
