Tasks

You will be responsible for the growth of the reoccurring revenue account base. This account base is also known as service agreement customers. -Proactively identify, respond to, and win repair opportunities to include; follow up on technician work, outbound prospecting on current customer base, and work with the product management team to realize new proactive upgrade opportunities. -Benefits Central Platform hosting employee rewards and recognition initiatives and health and wellbeing resources. -Coordinate repair work by working directly with service management on turning over the won opportunities and getting work booked for the customer -Manage a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities at each stage including qualification, proposal, quote management, and booking of the work -Create Account/Territory plans annual sales, and gross margin targets while providing customers with superior value and service -Grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of Carrier's Repair and/or service offerings. -Manage accounts and develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer via consultative sales methods

What You Bring

-Ability to make calls to prospective customers, handle customer inquiries and develop these into project wins and new revenue for the business -IT Literate with MS Office skills -UK Driving Licence -Strong service sales background -Excellent communication skills -Familiarity with the Chiller, HVAC or Heat-Pump marketplace is a bonus or demonstrate the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to be successful.
