Key Responsibilities

• afc forecasts
• subcontract management

• monthly reports

Tasks

-Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc. -Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts -Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes -Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports -Review of EW notifications & BUK responses or notifications downstream & upstream -Drafting of notifications including letters -Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events -Provision of information for Monthly Reports -Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items -Calculation of BOQ star rates
