Plan and manage field service personnel schedules and resource allocation.

Tasks

-Manage personnel updates (new joiners, leavers) and ensure accurate project configurations in MySPGI. -Prepare forecast reports, verify actual hours worked, and ensure timesheets are cleared up in the system. -Coordinate with global and external collaborators to meet resource requirements and support delegation tasks. -Ensure data quality, contribute to process improvements, and take on additional tasks as assigned. -Collaborate with Project Management and Field Service teams for seamless coordination and resource planning. -Plan, book, and update Field Service Representatives (FSRs) schedules, competencies, and records.

What You Bring

-Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and handling challenging discussions. -Basic commercial knowledge, proficiency in English, and prior sales or client-facing experience are preferred. -Service-oriented with strong stakeholder focus and adaptability to dynamic environments. -High School diploma or Engineering degree with equivalent experience required. -Possesses problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
