-Lead daily on-site operations for ground-up design-build projects -Conduct daily huddles and weekly progress meetings -Maintain accurate documentation, field reports, and as-built information -Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and logistics to keep work on track -Collaborate with Project Managers to align on budget, schedule, and project goals -Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges before they impact the project -Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners -Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on every jobsite -Impactful Work: Help build schools and spaces that transform communities.

Are you a hands-on construction leader who takes pride in building meaningful projects and mentoring great teams? -OSHA 30 certification (preferred) -Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software -Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing -Willingness to travel regionally as projects require -5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Proven success delivering ground-up educational or charter school projects preferred
