-Support field reports, conflict resolution, and change order reviews. -Prepare project documentation for client approvals and permits. -Collaborate with Project Manager and communicate project progress. -Maintain a professional work atmosphere. -Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress. -Ensure project deliverables meet client standards. -Lead architectural/multi-discipline projects and coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, and agencies. -Perform construction walkthroughs and verify close-out documentation. -Assist in determining and coordinating project staffing. -Record meeting notes and perform construction administration tasks. -Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals. -Implement architectural procedures and techniques. -Supervise project team and mentor junior staff. -Organize workload assignments and develop redlines.

This role involves managing architectural aspects of multi-discipline projects, coordinating with other disciplines, and reviewing documents for design and code completeness. -Ability to mentor junior staff. -At least 8 years of design and documentation experience, specializing in healthcare. -Understand industry/client standards and building codes. -Strong communication skills. -Technical competence in architecture. -5-year NAAB Accredited degree or equivalent. -Professional licensure in Pennsylvania or willingness to gain reciprocity. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and NYS Energy Software.
