Overview

Design and produce construction docs for retail projects in Seattle studio.

Tasks

-Produce full sets of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. -Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project success. -Apply building codes and technical detailing to design projects. -Engage in light project management and client interaction when necessary. -Support site planning, material selection, and cost estimating processes.

What You Bring

-Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools effectively. -MUST HAVE prior professional experience in retail, store, and/or rollout project experience. -Experience with retail projects and construction documentation. -Comfortable supporting client interactions. -MUST HAVE at least a bachelor's in architecture degree. -Clear communication skills for effective team collaboration and meeting deadlines. -Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects, preferably in the food & beverage sector. -Proficiency in producing detailed, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit. -Skilled in consultant coordination and application of building codes and standards. -Ability to lead junior staff and contribute to team coordination.
