Tasks
-Mentor team members, delegate tasks based on skills, and support career growth aligned with discipline goals -Ensure alignment with business goals set by the North American Discipline Lead -Collaborating with other regional team leads to enable interregional work sharing and crossteam coordination. -Supervise the regional CAD/BIM team, including workload management, forecasting, and resourcing -Support project execution across various work types, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables -Ensure all projects are executed in 3D and within a Common Data Environment (CDE) -Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the North American Discipline Lead -Lead regular team meetings and oneonone checkins to support staff development and engagement -Participate in workflow and delivery planning with discipline leadership -Provide technical leadership and guidance on CAD/BIM production and digital delivery processes -Organize and lead knowledgesharing sessions, training needs assessments, and teambuilding activities -Implement and promote water discipline standards, guidelines, and best practices -Approve timesheets, expenses, and manage administrative tasks related to team operations

What You Bring
-Familiarity with ISO 19650 or similar digital delivery standards. -Experience supporting multidisciplinary design team -Experience in the following considered an asset: Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Infraworks, Recap, ArcMap. -Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation. -Working knowledge of basic engineering calculations. -Demonstrated understanding of CAD/BIM coordination and modelbased delivery -Ability to instruct and mentor others. -Strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D. -Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines. -Minimum 15 years of handson CAD/BIM production experience -Background in water infrastructure or related civil engineering projects. -Experience working with international or multiregional teams.
