Tasks
-Collaborate with project teams, including contractors, engineers, and data center operators. -Conduct commissioning activities for electrical and mechanical systems in data centers. -Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Perform site inspections, functional performance testing, and system verification. -Document findings and prepare detailed commissioning reports. -Review and analyze design documents, submittals, and equipment specifications. -Provide training and support to data center staff on system operations and maintenance. -Identify and resolve issues related to system performance, reliability, and safety. -Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

What You Bring
Job Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Data Center Mission Critical Commissioning Agents (CxA) of all experience levels to join our team. The CxA will be responsible for commissioning electrical and mechanical systems in data centers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This role demands a deep understanding of mission-critical environments, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. -Mid-Level: 3-7 years of experience, with demonstrated project management capabilities and a solid understanding of data center systems. -In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, power generation, UPS systems, and control systems. -Senior-Level: 8+ years of experience, with extensive knowledge of complex mission-critical systems and leadership experience. -Certification as a Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP), or equivalent is a plus. -Entry-Level: 0-2 years of experience in commissioning or related field, with a focus on mission-critical facilities. -Relevant experience in commissioning, design, or construction of electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in data centers or mission-critical environments. -Proficiency in commissioning software and tools. -Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. -Willingness to travel to project sites as required. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
