The Company
About Artisan Management Group
-As the property management arm of a real estate investment firm founded in 2017, this team emerged to bring a more personal touch to rental communities. -Based in Des Moines, they’ve steadily expanded across the Midwest—now overseeing thousands of apartment units in states like Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. -With a locally driven model, they manage everything from on-site maintenance to rent portals, tailoring services to each asset’s unique needs. -Their leadership team combines deep expertise in acquisitions, asset management, and financing, tracing back decades in multifamily real estate. -Typical projects range from conventional market-rate communities to tax-credit and HUD-subsidized properties. -They’ve grown strategically through markets like Kansas City and Lawrence, absorbing regional portfolios and adding new team members. -Each community benefits from seamless resident experience through property-focused technology. -Unusually, they’re vertically integrated—born from the same investment firm that owns the assets—allowing aligned incentives and inside-out stewardship. -Projects mix steady income-generating complexes with adaptive re-use and student housing, showing versatility across property types. -The narrative is one of thoughtful regional growth: a firm that started modestly and built a tailored management culture that sits at the heart of its communities.
