Overview
Lead GL, month‑end close and team for UKI finance using NetSuite.

Tasks
Use NetSuite to improve accuracy, speed, and data integrity across all finance processes. Oversee reconciliations, journal approvals, and financial reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS. Act as the main contact for audits and payroll, ensuring smooth, compliant delivery. Coach and support a capable team of four, balancing accountability with empathy. Work side-by-side with the VP Finance UKI and Group Finance to strengthen controls, standardise processes, and shape smarter ways of working. Lead the general ledger and month-end close across NBS, Glenigan, and CIS, ensuring every report is accurate, complete, and on time.

What You Bring
The ability to build trust fast, communicate clearly, and act decisively. You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong technical foundation and the confidence to lead from experience. You’ve managed close cycles, audits, and people—and you know how to bring clarity and calm to busy finance environments. Advanced NetSuite and Excel skills. (Desirable) Experience in SaaS, group reporting, or tools such as Cognos or Power BI. 3–5 years in accounting or financial control roles, ideally within multi-entity organisations. A solid grasp of UK GAAP / IFRS and strong financial-control discipline. Reporting directly to the VP Finance UKI, you’ll step in as a trusted partner—someone who can sit down with the team, understand what’s working, and quickly make things even better. This is a role for a proven finance professional who’s been there, done that, and knows how to deliver impact from day one.
