Tasks

-Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs across European and HQ roles. -Conduct screenings, interviews, and shortlists for local and international roles. -Design and manage a seamless, inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints. -Support onboarding, documentation and relocation coordination for new hires. -Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the DACH region and other European markets. -Contribute to PSI’s employer branding in Europe through online and offline campaigns. -Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles in real estate, operations, and corporate functions.

What You Bring

-Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management. -Hands-on experience with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter. -Openness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and travel occasionally within Europe. -Strong knowledge of European labour markets, especially Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. -Fluency in German and English (any additional European language is an advantage). -Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. -Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. -Enjoy structured onboarding and training, ensuring you fully understand our business and markets. -2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with international or multi-market exposure. -Experience team events and Abu Dhabi exploration with your colleagues.
