Tasks

-Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planning -Uses the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare, communicate, and share team metrics and delivery results -Coaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events and in goal attainment -Provides regular feedback to the Agile Transformation Team about new insights and lessons learned from team experiences -Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies -Keeps informed and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies -Creates a product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog -Hybrid Methodology Application: Balancing agile practices with traditional approaches for infrastructure and regulatory compliance requirements -Coaches team in Agile sizing techniques, makes appropriate and realistic commitments, and works closely with Product Owners

What You Bring

-Understanding of both agile and traditional project management approaches for complex technology initiatives -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification -Knowledge of operational technology (OT) integration and critical infrastructure protection requirements -Experience: 4+ years -Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in complex infrastructure delivery environments -High School Grad / GED -Experience: 6+ years in agile methodologies, scrum master roles, or enterprise technology project management with focus on infrastructure or cybersecurity -Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience -Proven experience with IT operations technologies, networking frameworks, and critical infrastructure management. -Technology Simplification: Experience driving operational efficiency through infrastructure consolidation and modernization -IT Operations Technology: Understanding of network and infrastructure frameworks, grid control infrastructure, and operational technology systems -Embraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being Agile -Experience or understanding of with industry technology, frameworks, NERC CIP compliance, and grid control systems -Network infrastructure, modernization and operational monitoring experience -Agile certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL
