Tasks

We’re seeking a Branch Manager to lead and grow our clients Syracuse, NY location. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll manage all aspects of branch operations, sales, and team development for a 15-person team serving contractors, builders, and commercial clients. You’ll partner with senior leadership to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. -Ensure compliance with all company policies and uphold the organization’s standards of service and professionalism -Hire, coach, and mentor a motivated team of inside and outside sales professionals -Promote a safety-first culture through active participation in monthly safety meetings -Oversee marketing initiatives, vendor programs, and community engagement activities -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal partners -Manage financial performance and ensure sustainable branch profitability -Partner with credit, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure operational excellence -Lead branch operations including sales, logistics, inventory, and administration -Execute strategic initiatives to drive market share and brand awareness

What You Bring

-4+ years of branch, operations, or sales management experience (building materials or construction industry preferred) -Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative management style -Proven ability to analyze financial data and make strategic, profit-focused decisions -Ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members to their full potential -High level of integrity, initiative, and customer-centric mindset -Excellent organizational and time management skills
