Tasks
As a Vertical Transportation Associate Director Level, you will be integral to the consultancy’s continued success and innovation in the built environment. You will lead projects encompassing lift and escalator systems from early-stage concepts through to completion (RIBA Stage 7), while also providing expert analysis, design input, and strategic consultancy to clients in both public and private sectors. -Conduct site visits and attend meetings across London, the South Coast, and occasionally further afield in the UK -Oversee all phases of project development, from concept design through to project close-out (RIBA Stages 0–7) -Lead and manage vertical transportation design and consultancy projects, including lifts, escalators, and moving walkways -Undertake condition surveys, feasibility studies, and term consultancy services -Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise directly with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering value through proactive and strategic guidance -Conduct detailed traffic analysis and technical assessments in line with industry standards
