Tasks

We have a new opportunity for a Construction Administrator to join our team within Vistry North East, at our Kirkleatham and Summerville sites across Stockton-on-Tees. As our Construction Administrator, you will provide administrative support for construction projects, including document preparation, meeting coordination, supply management, and training organisation. It also involves maintaining records, tracking safety data, and assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements. -Produce letters, reports, and memos as required, using Microsoft Office packages, and Vistry systems. E.g. COINS and 4build app. -Assist in the production of site setup and Plot handover packs. -Support the Contracts Manager with the distribution of construction-related documents and reports to site teams and relevant stakeholders and members of the supply chain. E.g. NHQC reports. -Support the technical team with NHBC, Premier Guarantee & LABC registrations. -Arrange and support construction meetings and events, including accommodation arrangements as required. -Collate and log build cases and communications from sites into Vistry's CRM system, Keys. -Maintain an accurate and efficient electronic filing and archiving system. -Collate monthly Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) figures.

What You Bring

-A full UK driving licence as travel across sites will be required -Experience of working in an office environment -Willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge -Be able to work well as part of a team and able to use own initiative when required -Able to work with a high degree of accuracy -Educated to GCSE standard or -Ability to communicate with colleagues of varying seniority -Be familiar with the Company's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines -equivalent in Maths and English -Excellent organisational skills -Excellent numeric and literacy skills
