Tasks

-Drives culture to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. -Responsible for managing internal logistics activities for factory operation, specialising in movements of Finished and Semi Finished goods. -Responsible for the planning, coordination and direction of all internal logistics operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality – in line with the Master Production schedule. -Plans, organizes and implements manufacturing procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual objectives.

What You Bring

-Bachelors degree , HND experience. Or able to demonstrate equivalent level of experience. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Previous experience in lifting operations desirable. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Minimum years of manufacturing experience preferably as a supervisor or team lead -Experience generating production plans and progress delivery reports - preferably using Oracle, Excel or Tableau.
