Tasks
-Initiate and review results of all drug testing required -Coordinate candidate travel arrangements -Work closely with other HR team members to constantly refine hiring process -Update and create process documents as needed -Schedule through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday -Pull and organize reporting from our ATS -Draft, review, and send all offer letters through our ATS -Initiate, review, and obtain approval for all background checks -Coordinate times and locations for all interviews -Support recruiters by inputting data into ATS -Schedule interviews for all incoming candidates -Manage candidate expense report forms -Assist in creating status update reports for hiring managers -Work directly with C level executives and senior management on candidates scheduling and logistics -Maintain a high level of confidentiality -Maintain positive candidate experience including bringing candidates to and from interview rooms/meetings if necessary, bringing lunches for candidates, etc. -Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team

What You Bring
-Contract is a maximum of 18 months -Ability to multi-task daily -Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficiently -Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and proficient with other calendar tools -Comfortable with handling ~70-90 calls/wk. from hiring team members and in general -High energy, driven, articulate, professional, and friendly personality with a customer service mindset -High School diploma required -Workday experience preferred -Excellent people skills -Must act with urgency, be nimble as schedules change and partner effectively with recruiters and team -Ability to work independently -Fast learner, self-starter and very proactive -Must be flexible, adaptable, fast-paced, patient and have extraordinary tolerance for last minute change -2-4 years professional work experience in related field -College Degree preferred -Great attention to detail
