Tasks

Develop and implement robust project controls, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and cost control strategies. Lead the tender and contract administration processes. Source, manage, and collaborate with a network of specialist consultants, contractors, and subject matter experts. Champion a culture of "Zero Harm," ensuring full compliance with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements on-site. Oversee the entire project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning), ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Ensure all projects comply with local codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations. Drive the integration of sustainable design principles and oversee the pursuit of relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark). Lead the development and execution of master programs, project charters, and budgets for greenfield and brownfield data centre projects across the region. Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Energy & Sustainability, and Operations teams. Prepare and manage project capital funding, cash flow, and expenditures, ensuring strict adherence to approved budgets. Build, lead, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional project teams. Review and interpret multi-disciplinary design and construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, M&E). As a Project Management and Construction Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial conception through to final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and sustainability. The successful candidate will have proven track records in delivering both Greenfield + Brownfield projects from inception to completion across APAC, LEED accredited professional highly preferable. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables.

What You Bring

LEED Accredited Professional or similar sustainability certification is highly desirable. 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and construction, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex data centre projects from inception to completion. Deep familiarity with data centre critical systems, risk redundancy configurations, and commissioning processes. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Leadership: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams. Possess deep knowledge of critical M&E systems (e.g., UPS, Generators, Chillers, Cooling Towers) and their testing & commissioning protocols (FAT, SAT, IST). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management. PMP, P.E., or other relevant professional credentials. Mobility: Willingness and ability to undertake regional travel and extended stays as required for project development. Strong financial acumen with expertise in project cost control and management. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with precise attention to detail.
