Tasks

-Independently plan, execute, and report on internal audits across various functions and locations -Mentor and support junior auditors during audit engagements -Track and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations -Perform risk assessments and contribute to the development of the annual audit plan -Analyze business processes, test internal controls, and identify control gaps or inefficiencies -Support process improvement initiatives and share insights to strengthen governance -Draft clear and concise audit reports with actionable recommendations -Present findings to department heads and assist in discussions with senior management

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills -Strong knowledge of Internal Audit & Accounting Standards, Internal Control Frameworks, and Risk Assessment Practices -Travel to project sites and offices (approximately 10–12 days per month) -Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments effectively -4–9 years of relevant internal audit or risk management experience -Chartered Accountant -Comfortable with frequent travel to various office and site locations (Around 10-12 days in a month)
