Support production activities including filter tuning, fault analysis, and preparation of corrective action proposals
Contribute to filter design verification and validation activities
Collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering team to produce cost- and space-efficient filter solutions
Work on all aspects of filter and sub-system design, including simulation, prototyping and validation
Prepare and review tollgate documentation in accordance with Filtronic ‘New Product Introduction' (NPI) procedures
Compile and verify design documentation, such as design logbooks, data packs, and peer reviews in preparation for design release and production
Contribute to research and development into next generation filter solutions

Some practical experience of RF and Microwave Filter design including the use of Microwave Design tools such as Microwave Office and CST Design Studio
Ability to analyse requirements and develop effective solutions to project deadlines
Relevant Degree (or equivalent) preferably in RF/Microwave Engineering
Understanding of Microwave Filter theory and design principles
Ability to work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Capable of achieving UK Security Check (SC) clearance
