Tasks

-Enforce project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control procedures -Maintain daily logs and reports; monitor site progress and resolve issues as they arise -Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects -Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors -Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates with stakeholders -Ensure compliance with building codes, company policies, and OSHA standards -Mentor and supervise assistant superintendents and field personnel

What You Bring

Experience Level: 5-10 years minimum of Superintendent experience They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a successful track record of managing large-scale commercial jobs, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met or exceeded. -Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction. -Local Las Vegas market experience is highly preferred -Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Proficient with project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera) -Strong knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and local building codes -Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects valued at $10M+ -Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents -OSHA 30 certification required
