Provide premium customer service and support to mall patrons and tenants.

Tasks

-shift reports and logs -Assist with various on-site promotions and events. -Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workspace -Act as a liaison with tenants -Provide premium customer service through established programs, including but not limited to providing information, support and services to the shopping and travelling public. -Opening and Closing of the Customer Service Desk. -And most importantly, ensuring that our customers leave our shopping centre happy with all their needs met. -Provide Customer assistance with all available mall services. -distribution of gift-with-purchase items

-Creative and self motivated -Police Clearance – A criminal verification check is required for employment -Excellent customer service skills with a drive to go above and beyond -Superior written and oral communication skills -Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all patrons and tenants by being knowledgeable about the property and its offerings. -Able to work daytime, evenings and weekends -Various computer skills – Microsoft Office -Ability to work in a “team” environment
