Tasks
-Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct employees to attain all established goals -Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans; Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity -Partner with plant managers to direct and manage plant operations -Partner with Sales on customer visits, building relationships and understanding the voice of the customer -Oversee and coordinate expansion and growth activity including plant selection and start up of operations -Bridge financial information to operations and track and measure costs to budget and forecast -Coordinate and direct operational and commercial activities to meet goals and objectives in line with established business growth goals -Ensures Accountability – Holding staff and others accountable to meet commitments -Strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success -Responsible for managing a business P&L to ensure profitability, efficiency and operational excellence -Instill a high-performance safety culture throughout the region -Plans & Aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals -Evaluate and report on operational and commercial activities in relation to established goals and objectives -Utilize creative and strategic agility to recognize and size-up existing and emerging market and product opportunities -Evaluate, review, and provide executive level analysis and process implementation for improvements -Builds Effective Teams – Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field (Preferred) -Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills; knowledgeable in ERP and production management software platforms -Excellent analytical, financial and communication skills -Proven track record of leading both labor intensive and/or large product operations and machine-based and automated manufacturing businesses to exceptionally high levels of safety, quality and customer service performance -Demonstrates Self-Awareness – Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses -Sales or marketing management experience or a track record of growing market share, introducing new products, entering new markets -7+ years of progressive management/executive experience in a manufacturing or related business -An MBA/eMBA from a highly regarded institution (Preferred)
