-Stay up to date on event industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our programs. -Work closely with cross-functional teams to set event objectives, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. -Measure event impact through post-event analytics, customer feedback, and ROI assessment. -Develop and manage event marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and targeted communications to drive attendance and engagement. -Oversee vendor relationships, venue selection, logistics, and on-site event management. -Strategize, plan, and execute a variety of high impact customer events including conferences, trade shows, networking functions, and sales activations. -Ensure all events consistently reflect our brand values and deliver memorable customer experiences. -Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and track progress against milestones.
